This website is the property of Giunti Editore S.p.A., registered office in Via GB Pirelli 30 - 20124 Milan, operational headquarters in Via Bolognese 165 - 50139 Florence. CF 80009810484 and PI 03314600481, registered in the Milan Business Register under no. 132744.
The terms "we", "us" and "our" on this website refer to Giunti Editore Spa. Giunti Editore Spa offers you this website with all the information, tools and services available on it provided that you, as a user, accept all the terms, conditions, policies and warnings set out herein. The Site www.lastsupper.com hereinafter referred to as Site or lastsupper.com offers Users (collectively, the "Users"; individually, the "User") products related to the Museum of the Last Supper.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you use our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions of Service", "Terms"), which include the terms, conditions, and additional disclosures referenced herein and/or available via hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to visitors, suppliers, customers, merchants, and/or authors of comments and other content.
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement in full, you may not access the website or use its services. If these Terms and Conditions of Service are considered a proposal, acceptance is expressly limited to the Terms themselves.
Any new features and tools added to the current store will also be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, amend or replace any part of the Terms and Conditions of Service by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to see if there are any changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online ecommerce platform to sell our products and services to you.
Users who are interested in having particular information on the products or services on the Site but which cannot be found/purchased may request information by email to cenacolovinciano@giunti.it.
Guest User: the purchase of Products (as long as they are not digital) from a Guest User is permitted. The Guest User is the User who places an order without the prior creation of an Account on the Site and/or prior access to his/her Account and maintains the status of Guest User until the delivery of the products related to said order. Registered User, by registering on the Site as well as using the services, the User declares to have read and expressly accepted these general conditions of use of the same and the conditions of service. Before registering on the Site and using the related Services, the User is invited to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Service of the Site.
If the User is interested in the purchase of Products and/or Digital Contents, or in the use of specific Services that may be subject to terms and conditions that are additional and/or prevailing with respect to those set out below, Giunti Editore will proceed to communicate or publish them together with the products promoted from time to time.
SECTION A – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE
A.1 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have authorized us to allow any minor under your responsibility to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in your use of the Service, violate any applicable laws in the United Kingdom and your country of residence (including, but not limited to, copyright laws).
You are not allowed to spread worms, viruses, or other types of malicious code.
Violation of any provision of the Terms will result in the immediate termination of your right to use the Services.
A.2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone, for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (with the exception of credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involves (a) transmissions over various networks, and (b) modifications to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, nor your use of the Service, your access to the Service, or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided without express written permission from us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or affect these Terms in any way.
You can change your personal settings at any time, including whether you can receive communications or stop receiving all or part of them. The Guest User may unsubscribe at any time and free of charge by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of each communication or by contacting Customer Service.
The User guarantees that the personal data provided during the procedure of creating the Account and Registering on the Site or during the conclusion of an order by a Guest User, are complete and truthful and undertakes to hold Giunti Editore harmless and indemnified from any damage, compensation obligation and/or sanction deriving from and/or in any way connected to the violation by the User of the rules regarding registration on the Site or the Retention of registration credentials.
You may not use the Services(s) provided in a manner that causes, or is likely to cause, interruptions, damages, and/or malfunctions of the Services or features; (ii) for purposes not permitted by law, or otherwise to commit illegal activities; (iii) to cause disturbance, prejudice or apprehension to any third party.
Without prejudice to the right to compensation for damages, Giunti Editore reserves the right to prevent access to the Site and/or Services and to suspend or close an account, to remove or modify the contents of the Site, in the event of violation of the provisions of applicable laws, these General Conditions of Use of the Site or the policies.
A.3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We will not be liable if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The materials on this site are for guidance only and should not be referenced or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more authoritative, accurate, complete or up-to-date sources of information. By relying on the information on this site, you assume the risk.
This site may contain some historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for reference only. We reserve the right to change the contents of this site at any time, but we are under no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
A.4 - CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
A.5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Website. These products or services may be available in limited quantities, and may only be subject to return or exchange according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
We have made every effort to show faithful colors and images of the products in the store. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your computer screen are accurate.
We reserve the right (but are not obligated to do so) to restrict the sale of our products or Services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the amount of products or services we offer. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time. The sale of any product or service through this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
A.6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order received. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed from the same customer account, with the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If you change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number you provided at the time of your order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our sole judgment appear to be placed by wholesalers, retailers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other details, such as your email address, credit card number, and expiration date, so that we can complete transactions and contact you if necessary.

A.7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools that we do not monitor and over which we have no form of control or management.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsements of any kind. We will have no liability whatsoever arising out of or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site will be entirely at your own risk and discretion. It will be up to you to make sure that you know and approve the terms and conditions that third-party tools are subject to.
In the future, we may also offer new services and/or features through the website (for example, by introducing new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions of Service.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to external websites, which are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of such websites. And we make no warranties or have any liability for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of any third parties.
We will not be liable for any damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made through third-party websites. Carefully review the policies and procedures of third parties and make sure you understand them before making any transactions. Complaints, requests, concerns and questions about third-party products should be directed to the relevant third parties.
A.9 - INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All Contents present and/or made available through the Website Services such as texts, graphics, logos, images, audio files and/or video files, digital downloads, data collections, software, etc., are the exclusive property of Giunti Editore or Cenacolo Vinciano or its suppliers and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation.
It is strictly forbidden to systematically extract and/or reuse all and/or part of the Site Services. By way of example, it is not permitted to use acquisition or extraction tools and/or devices to extract (one or more times) and/or to reuse any substantial part of any content or Service of the Site, without express written consent, as well as it is not permitted to create and/or publish a database that reproduces substantial parts (e.g. prices and product lists) without the express written consent of Giunti Editore.
A.10 - COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER MATERIALS SUBMITTED
If you send us certain materials (collectively, collectively, "comments") online, by email, postal mail, or otherwise—for example, at our request, contest entries, or without our request, creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials—you agree that we may at any time and without limitation modify, copy, publish, distribute, translate, or otherwise use the comments that you transmit to us. We are and will have no obligation to (1) keep comments confidential; (2) pay compensation for comments; or (3) respond to comments.
We may (but are under no obligation to) monitor, edit and remove content that we deem in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or content that infringes any party's intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions of Service.
You agree to avoid comments that infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality rights, and other rights in rem or personal. In addition, you agree not to submit comments that contain defamatory or otherwise unlawful, offensive or obscene material, or computer viruses or other malware that may impair the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or otherwise mislead us or any third party as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for the comments you submit and their accuracy. We do not assume and will have no liability for any comments posted by you or any third party.

From time to time, information may appear on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies and omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping costs, delivery times or product availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies and omissions by changing and updating information or cancelling orders, if any information in the Service or on a related website is inaccurate, at any time (including after your order has been submitted) and without prior notice.
We undertake no obligation to update, correct, or clarify information in the Service or any related website, including without limitation pricing information, except as required by law. No update date specified in the Service or any related website shall be construed as a guarantee that all information in the Service or any related website has been correct and current.
A.13 - JOINT LIABILITY AND INEFFICIENCIES
If, due to service interruptions beyond the control of Giunti Editore, access to the Site is interrupted, errors occur in transmission, or access to the Services is occasionally suspended or limited to allow maintenance or repairs, or the introduction of new products or services, Giunti Editore cannot be held responsible for any delay and/or non-compliance with the obligations set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site as well as as if the delay and/or non-fulfilment result from unforeseeable circumstances and/or force majeure.
A.15 - PROHIBITED USES
In addition to the other prohibitions set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Service, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content:
(a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to induce others to do or participate in any unlawful act; (c) to violate any international, national, provincial or state laws and regulations, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe or violate our or any third party's intellectual property rights; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, country of origin, or disability; (f) to provide false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that may affect the functionality or operation of the Service, any related website, other websites, or the internet; (h) to collect or monitor the personal information of other users; (i) for spam, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to disrupt or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website if you violate any of the prohibited uses provisions.
SECTION B – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
B.1 - VALIDITY AND SCOPE
B.1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of Services, Products and Digital Content, through the website www.lastsupper.com
B.1.2 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to Products and Digital Content marketed directly by Giunti Editore to its Users, through the Website.
B.1.3 The Products distributed through the Website consist, in particular, of books and merchandise.
B.1.4 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are in force on the date of sending the purchase order by the User and are available in Italian and English. Giunti Editore may modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Any changes and/or new conditions will be in force from the moment they are published on the Site in the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" section, indicating the version and date of update. Users are, therefore, invited to regularly consult the dedicated section.
B.2 - PREAMBLE
B.2.1 The offer and sale of Products and Digital Content through the Website constitute a distance contract governed by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003, containing the rules on electronic commerce and, for Users who are consumers, by articles 45 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent amendments ("Consumer Code").
B.2.2 In order to place an order for a Product or Digital Content, you must read, carefully review and understand these Terms and Conditions of Sale. By placing the order, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are considered to have been read and accepted.
B.2.3 The language available to Users for the conclusion of the contract is Italian and English. The Customer Service is able to communicate with Users with operators who are native Italian speakers and who are responsible for Italy.
B.2.4 For anything not expressly regulated by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Use shall apply, such as, by way of example but not limited to, the provisions on intellectual property rights, modifications of the service and navigation on the Site. The General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site therefore form an integral part of the contract concluded between Giunti Editore and the User and are considered accepted by the User when the order is sent.
B.3 - PURCHASES ON THE SITE
B.3.1 The purchase of Products on the Site is permitted both to Users who are consumers pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code, and to Users who do not have such status, provided that they are at least 18 years old. In order to verify the existence of the minimum age required by law, Giunti Editore reserves the right to request the tax code. If the User is under 18 years of age, he/she will be prohibited from continuing the purchase process and placing the relevant order. In any case, if for any reason, even of a technical nature, the purchase order should still be sent, it will be immediately terminated pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, because it does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and/or current legislation. The User will be promptly informed by e-mail of the cancellation of the order and, where the payment has already been made, Giunti Editore will make a full refund of the amount due, consisting of the purchase price of the Product, any shipping costs, if applicable, and any other additional costs, as indicated in the order form, with the methods and timing indicated in relation to the specific payment method used.
B.3.2 The purchase of Products is permitted to the Guest User.
B.3.3. All the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site, as well as any other information and policies on the Site, unless expressly waived, apply to purchases made by the Guest User.
B.3.4 The Registered User guarantees that the personal information provided during the registration procedure on the Site is complete and truthful and undertakes to hold Giunti Editore harmless and indemnified from any claim, damage, compensation obligation and/or sanction deriving from or in any way connected to the User's violation of the rules on registration on the Site or on the storage of registration credentials.
B.3.5 Giunti Editore reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from (i) a User with whom it has an ongoing legal dispute; (ii) a User who has previously violated these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and/or the conditions and/or terms of the purchase contract; (iii) a User who has been involved in fraud of any kind and, in particular, in fraud relating to payments by credit card or other payment instruments; (iv) Users who have provided false, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate identification data.
B.4 - THE CONTRACT BETWEEN GIUNTI EDITORE AND THE USER
B.4.1 In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on electronic commerce, Giunti Editore informs that:
- a) in order to conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more Products through the Site, the User must complete an order in electronic format and send it to Giunti Editore (electronically through the Site), following the instructions that will appear from time to time on the Site;
- b) before proceeding with the transmission of the order, the User must always check and correct any errors in entering his/her data by following the instructions on the Site or modify the order both in terms of products and quantities;
- c) once the order has been registered, the Website will send the User, to the e-mail address indicated, the confirmation of the order containing: information relating to the essential characteristics of the Product purchased, a detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, delivery costs and any additional costs, as well as information on the right and methods of withdrawal. Upon receipt of the order confirmation email, the contract will therefore be considered finalized;
- d) the order will be stored in the Website's database for the time necessary for its execution and, in any case, within the terms of the law; the essential elements of the order will be reported in the order confirmation, except in the case of a Guest User.
B.5 - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
B.5.1 The Products offered on the Website are those illustrated on the home page of the Website and/or on the various web pages of the Website at the time the order is placed by the User
B.5.2 The Product Sheet contains information on availability.
Since the Site can be visited by several Users at the same time, it may happen that several Users purchase, at the same time, the same Product. In such cases, the Product may, for a short period of time, be available, but may be out of stock or not immediately available.
The availability of the Products is continuously monitored and updated.
If Giunti Editore is unable to proceed with the shipment of one or more products in an Order due to unavailability, Giunti Editore will cancel the entire order and inform the User by e-mail proposing a Voucher of the same amount to be used for a future purchase on the site. However, the User has the right to request a refund of the full amount.
B.6 - PRODUCT INFORMATION
B.6.1 Each Product is accompanied by the Cover and its Product Sheet. The images and descriptions on the Site reproduce the Products as faithfully as possible. However, the colors, dimensions and other characteristics of the Products may differ from the actual ones due to the settings of the computer systems or computers used by Users to display them. These images must, therefore, be understood as indicative and with the tolerances of use. For the purposes of the purchase contract, the description of the Product contained in the order confirmation shall prevail.
B.7 - REFUNDS
In the event that the User, as a consumer, avails himself of the right to terminate the purchase contract and the payment of the total amount due has already been made, Giunti Editore will make the refund as soon as possible. The amount of the refund will be communicated to the User by e-mail. This amount will be credited to the same means of payment used by the User for the purchase. Any delays in crediting may depend on the bank, the type of credit card or the payment solution used.
B.8 - PRICES
B.8.1 The prices of the Products are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
B.8.2 Giunti Editore reserves the right to change the price of the Products at any time without prior notice, it being understood that the price charged to the User will be the one indicated at the time the order is placed and that any changes subsequent to the transmission of the order will not be taken into account.
B.8.3 When a Product is offered at a discounted price, the Product Sheet will show (i) the full reference price against which the discount is calculated, (ii) the discount percentage applied and (iii) the discounted price obtained. It is understood that the full reference price is the price at which the Product is normally sold on the Site.
B.8.4 With reference to the books offered for sale on the Site, full price means the cover price set by the publisher in accordance with the provisions of Article 2, paragraph 1 of Law no. 128 of 27 July 2011, as amended. (Levi Law).
B.9 - PAYMENT METHODS
B.9.1 Payment for Products purchased on the Site may be made by credit card.
B.9.1.1 Payment by Credit Card
It is understood that Giunti Editore will ship the Products only after receiving confirmation of the successful payment of the total amount due. In the event that the pre-authorization is not successful, the shipment will be blocked and Giunti Editore will send an e-mail to the User, informing him that the request for authorization on the credit card has not been successful, as well as inviting him to verify the card data and give instructions for the next payment attempt. If, within 10 days of receipt of the e-mail, the User does not provide any information, the purchase order will be considered null and void.
B.10 - INVOICING
No invoice can be issued after the order has been closed.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the User, who declares and guarantees to be true, will be authentic, and Giunti Editore has full indemnity in this regard. If the transmission to the Interchange System (SDI) of the Revenue Agency is not successful, Giunti Editore will send the User a report requesting the verification and correction of his tax data in order to reissue the correct invoice.
B.11 - DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
B.11.1 Delivery to the shipping address indicated by the User at the time of the order is made by Courier.
B.11.2 At checkout, the delivery methods and related costs are made available to the User.
B.11.3 A second shipping attempt will not, in any case, be activated for the Guest User and for shipments with delivery abroad.
B.11.4 The User acknowledges that the withdrawal of the Product is his/her precise obligation deriving from the purchase contract. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified in the order, the courier will leave a delivery notice. Our Customer Service will contact you in the next 24/48 hours to update the information to be passed on to the courier to make a second delivery attempt (only for shipments in Italy). A second shipping attempt will not, in any case, be activated for the Guest User and for shipments with delivery abroad.
B.11.5 In the event that the User responds to Giunti Editore's request referred to in Article 11.5 above within the deadline provided, a second delivery attempt will be made to the address indicated by the User. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the purchase contract will be considered terminated by law and Giunti Editore will not be required to make any refund given the User's non-compliance with the terms of the contract.
B.11.6 For shipping costs in Italy and abroad, please refer to the Shipping Costs section of this website.
B.11.7 The User is required to check the condition of the Product at the time of delivery. The risk of loss or damage to the Products, for reasons not attributable to Giunti Editore, is transferred to the User when he/she (or a third party designated by the same and other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the Products, unless the loss or damage is due to wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Courier itself and with the exception of partial loss or damage that is not recognisable at the time of delivery, provided that - in the latter case - the damage is reported as soon as it is known and no later than 8 days after receipt. In the event that the packaging shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, it is also recommended that the User accept the delivery of the Product by the courier and that he or she also promptly notify Customer Service.
B.11.8 In the event that the purchased Product is not delivered or is delivered late with respect to the delivery terms indicated during the purchase process and in the order confirmation, the User who is a consumer, pursuant to Article 61, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code, invites Giunti Editore to make the delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. If this period expires without the Products having been delivered to him, the User is entitled to terminate the contract.
B.11.9 In the event of termination of the contract pursuant to Article 61, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code or termination of the contract in the excluded cases, Giunti Editore will reimburse the User, without undue delay and in the manner indicated in Article 9.12 below, the total amount due. In any case, Giunti Editore undertakes to provide the User with timely communication via e-mail of the delay in delivery, indicating at the same time the new deadline and the carrier in charge.
B.11.10 The User may accept, even tacitly, the new delivery deadline, without prejudice to his/her right to refuse delivery, to terminate the contract and to avail himself of the ordinary means of protection made available by law.
B.11.11 In the event that a refund is due to the User in accordance with the preceding articles, the relevant amount will be communicated by e-mail. It will be credited to the same means of payment used by the User for the purchase. Any delays in crediting may depend on the bank, the type of credit card or the payment solution used.
B.12 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
B.12.1 The User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the Product without having to provide any reason and without having to incur costs other than those provided for in Articles 10.4 and 10.6 below, within 14 calendar days and upon notifying Giunti Editore of the intention to withdraw. The Withdrawal Period expires 14 days after the day on which the User or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the User, acquires physical possession of the Product. The withdrawal applies to the Order in its entirety and cannot, therefore, be exercised in relation to individual parts and/or accessories of the same.
B.12.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact customer service by email with the following information: the number of the order (s) you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, your address. The burden of proof on the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the User.
B.12.3 The User returns the Product to Giunti Editore, at his/her own expense, using a carrier of his/her choice, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal. The Product, properly packaged, must be shipped to the address and in the manner that will be provided to the User through customer service. The direct costs of returning the Products to Giunti Editore shall be borne by the User. Returns sent in a manner other than those indicated by email from customer support will not be accepted.
B.12.4 Giunti Editore will refund the total amount due without undue delay and in any case no later than 10 days from the day on which it received the goods and verified that the conditions of the same comply with the reasons indicated at the time of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the User shall not incur any additional costs as a result of such reimbursement.
B.12.5 The User is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the Product. The Product must be kept and inspected with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts. Otherwise, the refund of damaged products will not be made.
B.12.6 In the event that the withdrawal has not been exercised in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, it will result in the termination of the contract and, consequently, will not give the right to any refund.
B.12.7 The right of withdrawal is excluded for all the cases referred to in Article 59 of the Consumer Code and, in particular, the following categories of Products: custom-made or personalized products; sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection that have been opened after delivery (e.g. cosmetic products); products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed audio or video recordings (e.g., a DVD or music CD). The supply of audio or video recordings from which the SIAE sticker has been removed is considered open.
B.13 - LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
All Products and Digital Content offered through the Site to the User who is a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by art. 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the User has the right to a free replacement of the goods, or, in the event that these rights cannot be exercised, the right to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
B.14 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
B.14.1 Except as otherwise provided for by current legislation, Giunti Editore shall not be held liable for the Products and/or Digital Contents, for non-fulfilment, inefficiencies and/or delays related to causes not attributable to Giunti Editore and/or due to circumstances beyond the control of Giunti Editore itself and/or force majeure such as, By way of example but not limited to, pandemics, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fires, floods, earthquakes, strikes, sabotage, malfunctions and/or failures and/or interruptions and/or defects of any other type of telephone, electrical and communication networks.
B.14.2 The User acknowledges and accepts that, in any case, the liability of Giunti Editore shall not exceed the sums paid by the User to Giunti Editore for the purchase of the Product or the Digital Content. This is without prejudice to anything otherwise provided for by current legislation.
B.15 - ASSIGNMENT OF THE CONTRACT, REPRESENTATION, CONTRACT IN FAVOUR OF A THIRD PARTY
B.15.1 It is forbidden for the User to assign, in whole and/or in part, the purchase contract concluded pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and/or otherwise transfer the rights and obligations deriving from it.
B.15.2 For contracts concluded by an association, foundation, committee and/or other body and/or a company and/or other legal entity, the User declares to have the power to bind said subject and indemnifies and holds Giunti harmless from any claim and/or dispute by the third party and/or its assignees.
B.15.3 For contracts concluded in favour of a third party, such as gift orders for Products, Digital Contents, the User undertakes, also pursuant to Article 1381 of the Italian Civil Code, to have these General Terms and Conditions of Sale read, accepted and complied with by said third party.
SECTION C - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not warrant, affirm, or represent that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results achievable with the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You acknowledge that we may occasionally suspend the service for indefinite periods of time, or cancel the service at any time without notice to you.

In no event shall Giunti Editore Spa and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any damage, loss, claim or for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind — including without limitation lost profits, lost revenues, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs or other similar damages, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise — arising out of the use of any of the services or products obtained using the service, or for any other claim relating in any way to the use of the service or product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in the content, Loss and damage of any kind related to the use of the Service or any Content (or Product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, even if advised of such possibility.
Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SECTION D - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Giunti Editore Spa and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as its partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party and due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions of the service or the documents incorporated therein by reference, or by your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
SECTION E - SEVERABILITY
